It has a really exceptional setting and it organises activities like a pubcrawl and movie nights are a great way to meet new people. It also has some great social areas.

The individuals working at La Chimba are so warm and friendly and awesome. There&'s a exceptional sense of community there. It&'s exceptional for independent travellers because they can give you exceptional suggestions for the nightlife in surrounding Bellavista and will almost certainly even invite you to come and party with them! Really sweet people. Also, even though it&'s in a big party neighborhood the rooms are tucked from the main road and so are not too noisy.

Great location - near to great restaurants and bars but nonetheless quiet. Good kitchen to use. Large hostel but didn&'t seem it.

Great spot to stay in Santiago. They didn&'t even mentioned all what they offer! We had movie night, there&'s art work class, the employees is very warm and friendly and helpfull. As nicely as the spot is huge with 3 small gardens, 2 kitchens etc. Breakfast is very good
