Terra Extremus has a fantastic vibe for young travelers, the rooms are huge as properly as the open spaces are wonderful. The bathrooms are pretty basic, but better than other hostels i&ve stay at. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Felt very welcome here. It is such an excellent place. I had an excellent time with the people I met here and with the staff. Bruno and Mariana were simply amazing. In case you are interested in a great time and a place to really feel fully and fully welcome in Santiago, this is the place.

Dorm room was spacious. I only stayed for the day but had to pay full rates, which wasn't a problem. I arrived early in the morning, and the staff member on duty was the least friendliest staff member at any hostel i have encountered, and i have stayed in 3 other hostels in Santiago on previous visits. I think because i woke him up, but it still made me feel uncomfortable. Everyone else was fine. It seems like a great hostel, social, and a good layout. I was just unfortunate to run into a grumpy guy. Great value for money, one of the cheapest in Santiago. I would stay again if the grumpy guy wasn't there!
