I had a really nice stay here: the breakfast was extremely rich, Lucia, the owner, is a extremely warm and friendly and helpful person, the bed was super comfy, you have well sized lockers, a large clean bathroom an the most fantastic is the view from up there! Sometimes I would just sit outside on the terasse - they even have sun chairs and sofas out there - and would enjoy the fantastic view while petting their beautiful cats :-)

My time spent in Valparaiso could only be topped by my stay at Casa Kreyenberg! Clean, great view, stunning home and friendly hosts. I can&'t say enough wonderful things about my time there. I hope to return some day. I encourage any person travelling to Valparaiso to stay at Casa Kreyenberg. Lucia will make you really feel like you&'re at home!

The Hostel is really great along with the view of Valparaiso is unbelievable, plus is in Cerro Alegre, which is the fancy portion of the city with fantastic eating places and coffee shops. The two owners, Juan Pablo and Lucia, are very warm and friendly and they help me move around. Plus there is certainly a burbecue and a full cooking area if you wish to stay in. I surely suggest it if you wish to relax and rest from your trip.

One of the really best hostels I have ever stayed in! The owners are simply great! Extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed inside the dorm room which was really nice, with properly working lockers and comfortable beds. The breakfast was one of the really best I ever got in South America with fruit salad and fresh bread. I enjoyed many lazy days on the beautiful rooftop overlooking the city and harbour. The hostel is situated in a quite area not far away from small cafes and shops. You have to walk for quit a while to get to the city centre, but there are buses going up the hill all of the time, so it&'s not really a problem. I will definitly come back!

Clean, in a great location to see the primary sites of Valpariso, fairly cheap, decent WiFi (no other Internet) and directly on a bus route to/from the bus station and Vina del Mar

Gorgeous house with great view of the town. Large clean room with gorgeous scenery also. Juan friendly and helpful, whilst Lucia has some appealing paintings throughout the house. Outstanding breaakfast. We liked the cats too!
