Nothing. This hostel is a cold and filthy place exactly where you need to pay for everything (a citymap, a towel, hot water. ). The english of the staff was not extremely good along with the location was also not the greatest you can get in Beijing. This hostel is not in the centre of Beijing you need to take a bus to go to the centre. There are no bars, restaurants in the area. When you go to Qianmen you can stay for 200yuan in a double room, with wifi, heathers, hot water, free maps and warm and friendly staff. We don&'t understand why hostelbookers work with such a bad and unproffessional hostel.

Great character and helpful staff - with great size double rooms. A little tricky to locate and quite a walk from the nearest subway station (until subway line 4 opens). We suggest making sure you take the hostels own map & directions from this hostelbookers website (google maps sent us astray)

It was very expensive for what you get, but it was very peacefull and friendly staff who would help you with everything. The location is really old and which is what you get.

Really helpful staff, often extremely kind. You will love the courtyard, a extremely great place to forget for a whilst the traffic of Beijing! Outstanding rooms, great bike for rent, and help for anything you need in a great english.
