The staff is really friendly and really helpful. the rooms are really basic, but ok. One of the girl from the hostel helped us in getting a train ticket - hard slpeer to Xian for the same day without any additional fee :), so they were really helpful!

Staff was quite helpful, but should be a lot more math savvy -- the clerk couldn&'t give change for a $ 536 stay from $ 540!

There were a lot of pluses: lakeside location; lockers in rooms; clean double room that was very comfortable; helpful employees who spoke (relatively) good English. It had a nice lounge region filled with books, magazines, etc. Overall, a enjoyable spot to stay, honestly described and reviewed on this site.
