Good location, near to bus station for excursions and a close walk to central Chengdu. The staff are really helpful and friendly. There&'s a decent cafe and relatively low priced beers. The hostel is associated with the hotel next to it and a lot of of the hostel dorms are inside the hotel building, so the facilities are nice and the rooms clean.

Love that the public bus to the pandas leaves from right outside. Most employees warm and friendly and helpful. Private rooms are spacious.

Clean. Most front employees are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, not all of them. Especially kitchen staff, who refuses to serve everyone.

Chilled out, excellent atmosphere. Warm and friendly and chatty staff. They often had a smile and a giggle. They would often ask how my day went and helped me with anything I needed. Facilities were great: pool table, badminton, lounge chairs, drinks for purchase. GREAT cafe / restaurant with excellent quality food and western style breakfast, wifi, washing machines. I got a double room and it was clean and properly equipped.

The location. employees speak English 24 hours a day. front desk employees are so cheery ad helpful it is scary. they have no cost wireless as well as the location is straightforward to find. near to metro. near to the long distance bus station in case you want to go to leshan to see the fantastic Buddha. the bus to take to get to the pandas is also right out front. the bus stop for the airport shuttle is simply a ten mins walk away.

Location is good. It is the nearest spot to Xinnanmen bus station which you can take bus to many places outside chengdu. Moreover, it is just opposite side of road that there are bus terminal exactly where can bring you to panda base with few bucks. Some of the female employees were so nice, informative and helpful to guest. There is a paper in toilet too.
