The staff was warm and friendly - really helpful with directing me places to see and what is wort my time. They were good with suggestions for night night clubs and bars and wrote down directions in Chinese for taxi drivers. Amazing. The resturant has great western breakfast - I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer.

Great value for money, straight in front of the lake, beautifully decorated, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, small dorms with ensuite bathrooms, very straightforward to reach from the train station, bus stop 30 nearby and immerse within the green.

Excellent location at the West Lake. Great value and really noiseless spot. Exceptional public to everywhere. Food can be ordered at the hostel at a very good cost (no eating places nearby). One of the greatest hostels i stayed at. Highly recommended.

FANTASTIC - such great value, stunning staff, and a great breakfast on provide too. The location near to the West Lake couldn&'t have been better. Many thanks so much for a great stay - I would suggest Westlake Youth Hostel to absolutely anyone.
