Great location, close to everything you need. This location is very accessible; you can easily take the bus from the train station and taxi back for a reasonable 11RMB. We really enjoyed the no cost filtered water dispenser at the reception counter along with the in room kettle is such a nice feature. Housekeeping even changed our garbage, gave us a new supply of toilet paper and changed our towels. Our room even had Wi-Fi access, which was a complete bonus, as we had heard that it was only accessible in the entrance hall area. Our room was so clean and inviting, which gave it a home feeling. There is certainly a great relax out zone for those who are looking for a communal location to relax and use the internet.

The location of the hostel is really good. It is within walking distance to the Wusha traditional shops && surrounding buildings are beautiful. There is certainly a flat screen TV inside the household room but there is certainly only one mirror inside the bath room.

The hostel is ideally located, in an appealing old portion of the city, walking distance (about 20-30 minutes) each to principal train station and to west lake. The staff is warm and friendly and open (e. g. although they have own bikes for rent, they suggested me the public bike scheme which is an exceptional choice in Hangzhou; they gave me a clear description exactly where to get a card for it), My 2-bed private room had new beds (matresses) and a new bathroom - everything was clean and tidy.

I stayed inside the all-female dorm which was incredibly clean and tidy. None of the beds were bunked and each person had plenty of personal space as properly as our own lamps and huge personal lockers. The room was really well-heated. There was also a bathroom ensuite and it was cleaned by staff each day. The receptionists were helpful and spoke enough English to answer easy questions. The seating location is nice but really cold inside the winter as there is certainly no heat in any location but the rooms. Oh! And you could access the wifi even inside the rooms, but it was a bit slow. The location is right on a walking street with superb western and foreign restaurants, lots of stores and vendors, and night-time food carts just a few minutes&' walk away. Also really near to the Hangzhou Museum.

Great location, really pretty, quaint little streets and not far from west lake. Lots of restaurants around to suit all budgetsfrom really low-cost noodle places to hot pot, sichuan and hong kong style, mcdonalds, loads loads more. Staff were extremely helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a cozy stay, would definitely suggest this to anyone.

I loved the staff and how much they helped make our stay in Hangzhou smooth and easy. They went out of their way continually to ensure we had everything we needed for our three children, and enjoyed playing with our little baby Oscar. The location was super gorgeous beside the walking street and effortless to get anywhere, beside all of the amenities we needed to create our stay excellent!
