Great location and very useful staff. They organised our trip to the mountain very cheaply and our bus to Shanghai at no extra cost. They even gave us a discount card for the restaurant across the street. Rooms were good, drinks competitively priced and food OK.

Comfortable and quiet so can get very good sleep, inside the center of laojie street which has numerous shops.

Nice, excellent location on the most exciting street of Tunxi ( the most traveler as properly ), Room was clean every single day (standart double bed room). Very good toilet and shower

I just stayed one night, but I would have loved to stay longer! Pleasing and funny staff! Gorgeous rooms (4 bed dorm) a lot of drawings and messages from all backpackers on the walls! Private bathroom (toilets seperate! ) Loved it!

I found this location to be centrally located with the joint army civilian garden not to far away. I found I had the dorm room to properly spaced out with a nice comfortable bed. i had a great night&'s sleep there.

Location, right at the Old Street &"Mall&". Value for money. The day trip to XiDi and HongCun is great value.

We had a double room at a discount (member) price made obtainable by booking via hostelbookers. The room was perfectly adequate, the air-con heated the room sufficiently. The bathroom facilities were fairly new, towels and liquid soap were provided. Just like we hoped, the staff was competent and helpful. They made arrangements for the transport to the Huangshan mountain. They had up-to-date info on which parts of the park were closed, and were able to book dorm beds on top of the mountain for the lowest price obtainable (prices we saw later on the top were somewhat higher). The staff also sells tickets to long-distance buses, with pickup. The system of selling bus tickets and hotel rooms by other hotels and private tour guides is universal throughout the mountain, so it is secure ans secure to pay beforehand.

The staff is very useful with the bus tickets and tour guides. The hostel is extremely cheap for what it offers. The instalations are nice and clean. The food is extremely good. The location of the hostel is in a extremely nice street of the town.
