Stayed in 4 room dorm, had individual beds which were extremely comfortable and nice! Quilts provided were huge and warm! Heater in room was exceptional and rooms had lockers. Common region was decent size with ample seating. Some employees were pretty helpful. WiFi in common room was pretty fast and BLT sandwhich was extremely different/delicious! Lots of restaurants within 15mins of walking. Fantastic directions provided in email to hostel&'s location. Felt safe. Hot shower! Good map of city with decent suggestions on what to do.

Very helpful staff, they were able to locate me the highest train route for my next destination. Comfy beds. Mini map designed by the hostel showing the Chinese directions and bus routes of favorite tourist sites.

It was your average hostel. Very good setting within the commons area at night, beer wasn't outrageous along with the employees offered to help me when I asked (even though some didn't speak English well. ) I'd stay again. Absolutely nothing worth griping about.

Brilliant hostel, staff are fantastic speak excellent English and will help with any travel or traveler plans. Area is great in case you know where to go- ask Linda for great places to eat and drink. I recommend Talking bar- (Jacky's bar) in case you need to have a few drinks! Incredible 3 liter tankards and cocktails. Hostel is clean and full of quirky character. AMAZING!

The hostel was straightforward to reach from the train station. As another traveller already described in her review: stop number 15 (counting the train station as number 1) on bus line 13. When you get off the bus turn right, walk a bit and take the next ally on your left. There are signs indicating the hostel. We also liked the common location which looked like a cosy lounge and there were areas to sit outside inside the courtyard. There were no problems checking in and out, and our deposits we had to pay for the keys as well as the towels were easily returned. The staff was, with one exception, extremely friendly. There were lockers inside the room. The showers were OK.

Nice staff, comfortable beds and common area. Greatest live guitar I've ever heard in a hostel, admittedly a low bar.
