We had a really great view over Sanya Bay from our room. Our room was very spacious and everything you might need was there (little fridge, washing machine, washing machine, detergent, computer with internet, hairdryer, knife to cut Hainan's exotic fruit, drying rack). The facilities seemed new and everything was in good working condition. The owner and the staff was very helpful and we could call them anytime.

We had a really wonderful view over Sanya Bay from our room. 1. The property is new and so the furnishings and appliances are all in good working condition. 2. The property is stylishly furnished and there's a swimming pool. 3. Most windows are facing panaromic seaview, looking towards Sanya Bay. 4. Sister Lan is helpful and very service oriented. She gave us a hand drawn map so we could find our way around the locality easily, which includes all eating outlets, etc. 5. When I wanted a printed map of Sanya and Haikou, she went all the way to get me one, even tho the map only cost 6 yuan. 6. She didn't want to accept any tips or gratuity even tho we offered. 7. The mattresses are not too hard like the ones usually in China. 8. It is only 7 yuan taxi fare away from town centre and bus terminal. 9. The beach is just across the road and just next to the apartment, there's a row of 10 restaurants, one of which we had a really full dinner costing only 118 yuan for the 4 of us. 10. The windows are not facing the noon sun directly and so it's not so hot.

Very massive rooms, clean, also with a little kitchen and a washing machine! You have a massive pool but from 10am to 3pm its closed! We dont know why. The complex lies directly at the ocean, just the beachroad is between. All in all for this cost its a extremely good offer!
