Everyone is so friendly in this hostel. We all had a wonderful time learning mandarin during the night time with people from everywhere around the world. Definitely recommend this hostel to backpackers or people who travel alone, wonderful location to meet friends!

Staff is nice and helpful, but a bit slow. Hostel is situated near a Matro station, market and fastfood. common location is nice and comfortable.

There&'s a lot of sofas exactly where you can sit doing whatever you want, clean, silent location.

No problems with the dorms, lockers provided and you may also leave valuables at reception, great showers, large and comfortable bar with pool table and movies on the large screen most nights, lots of common location space, very warm and friendly and helpful staff (unlike another extremely rated hostel I stayed at in Shanghai), affordable supermarket conveniently located between the hostel and the subway stop, fridge/toaster/microwave offered for visitors to use, great mix of Western and Chinese guests.

The setting within the lobby and the cafe is really cool, I would definitely go there again if i go to shanghai again. the double room was good furnished and designed.
