Nothing. I am very easy to please but after one night I had to change to a hotel around the corner. While only the up-scale hotels have any staff that speak English, at least most places will try to figure out wwhat you are asking/needing. Not here. The girl behind the desk answered her phone while I was in the middle of trying to speak my version of Chinese to her. She then walked out of the hostel and went to the store next door to get water and some gum. I was exhausted when I arrived. All I wnated to do was get a good night sleep. The room itself smelled exactly like a cat box that hadn't been changed in a week. Seriously! It wasn't until morning that I noticed the blood stain on the bottom sheet. I checked myself to see if it was from. It was not. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. How they receive the higher ranking I have no idea. This should be called My Little Hell Hole.

Close enough to metro and many shops around. The single room is advertised as deluxe but don't expect anything fancy. My room was on the main street so quite noisy. They have lots of mosquitoes get something with you. TV is in Chinese and internet is not existent, there is an internet point not far though. Staff don't speak any English, to communicate they use Google translator. But for few days in Shenzen is not a bad option for 108Y p/n as the only hostel in town is really far away.

It was straightforward to discover from the instructions via the metro but it is extremely best to have the name and address in Chinese in case you take a cab. Staff were friendly and helpful. Local restaurants were eager to practice their English and provide excellent food!

It is close to MIXC Mall which is quite the hagout for the Starbucks crowd and the web access. The instructions to the Little HUT are fine, but the Chinese characterrs are not readable. It would be useful if someone made a new map wwith the characterrs printed much larger.
