Liked: Location, room size, hotel is quite new, everything in outstanding condition (value for money! )Disliked: poor service for &"hostel bookers&" (no public Net access, only WiFi; no map or public transport information; cannot book train tickets etc. ), didn&'t accept ordinary visa card; map provided online is unreadable for cab drivers

The location was great, a 10 minute walk from the Bell Tower and it was surrounded by great affordable restaurants and shops!
