Courtyard layout. Pleasant, properly equipped room (not shabby, as some other travellers suggested). Nice bar location with good food choice - Western and Chinese.

Everything was just great. We would have stayied longer. Very helpfull staff, lovely restaurant, very spatious rooms (private room). We espetially enjoyed the bicycle renting (very low cost and nice to explore the city).

We were a group of five and had an absolutely great time here! The employees was much more than friendly and helped us with everything beginning from telling the cab driver where to go on the phone (+they also paid for the cab from the train station) to describing what the must sees of the city are and how to get there. The food offered was excellent (Western and Chinese) and fair in prices. We really enjoyed it and will definitely select this hostel if we sometime come back to Xi&'an!

We stayed in a 3 person room where we were given 2 double beds with an on-suite bathroom that were gorgeous. The place was clean, warm an very inviting. At just 10 minutes walk from the train station it made for easy transit.

It is a traditional Chinese architecture with modern room facilities and decoration. We were extremely impressed and enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean. Overall, the employees were overall helpful and friendly. There was no communication problem.
