Staff are helpful and friendly, but with everyone in Yangshuo, they seem to earn commission from tour packages, so you might wish to try to bargain. Having said that, the employees are nice and are not too fussy about small stuff.

As they have three buildings there is certainly something to supply everyone. The first location inside the middle of west street is the cheapest but is also the noisiest, as it is right close to the bars and clubs, the staff are honest about this and can show you to the next property. The Bamboo Home & Hotel is also on West Street but is further down and awaya from the bars, thus it is quieter. This is the location we stayed in. Staff are helpful in both pplaces and showed us a fantastic dumpling restaurant right by the owners fourth location which at present is targetting the local chinese tourst market.

Staff were really really nice. Really helpful when giving information on things to do in Yangshuo and helping me book a train. Spoke outstanding English too.
