The staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable of this place and citys close to hear. Helpful with planning places to see. There is a 100 yuan enterance fee to enter the old city, but how often do you get to say you have slept in a 1000 year old city, unless you live in Europe. Canada has nothing like that. There are two really great staff here who are her all the time. You don't need a key to your room unless you ask for one so keep all your valuable with yourself or give it to them. Place is clean, there is smoking in the lobby area which is cool if your a smoker but sucks if it makes you sneeze.
