It was a laid-back location and was not too noisy or crazy. The central courtyard is open and has a few hammocks and a kitchen. It was a outstanding location to hang out during the hot days. The location was often really clean, and Julie was awesome.

The staff are great. Really helpful. They didn't charge us for storage for our big packs while we we went to Tayrona. Air conditioning in the rooms. The common area is a patio.

Fun and peaceful place to stay at. Best size in case you wish to relax and nonetheless be able to meet individuals to party with if your up to it. The employees is helpfull and friendly but their english is a bit off. They weigh it up by being really cool people.

Feels Like Home! As an Aussie I loved the fact that it's Aussie owned, the owner is great and the workers are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and there is an excellent outdoor area with a bar, big screen tv and hammocks! They have wifi, laundry service and a kitchen for you to use so yo have everything you need. Would reccommend El Kool Koala to anyone!
