For travellers in Central America, EVERYTHING in Costa Rica seems overpriced, and I thought this location was not a extremely good value. That said, it is clean and also the employees is friendly. I agree with the traveller who said the rooms were right on a noisy street, and there did not seem to be any alternatives in this hotel. Ear plugs a must. I beleive far better value would be at places offering no cost transfers to and from the airport. Considering the high costs in Costa Rica, I would recommend this hotel exclusively for an overnight just before or following air connections and will seek another in the future.
