We were welcomed in a really warm and friendly way even though we arrived late at night, the rooms were clean, the staff was really nice, called the taxi cab for us, checked the bus time-table, the checkout time was satisfying - we could wait there for our taxi. Thanks a lot for the accomodation.

Great location to stay in San Jose. Outstanding location, friendly staff and really secure. I stayed here on several different occasions because I enjoyed it so much. Just wish it was easier to locate info about this airport pick up they say they offer.
