Pura Vida Hostel is fantastic. Miriam who owns and operates the hostel is very passionate about her work and it shows. The hostel is always clean and an awesome spot to socialize. Miriam can help book the next leg of your trip or help you out around the town on what their is to do. It is an extremely fantastic spot to socialize no matter in case you are staying for one night or a week. Can&'t wait to come back.

Great atmosphere. Common area is large, with a pool table, board games, etc. and there are two kitchens for travellers to use. Adore that it encourages individuals to socialize but it doesn&t get noisy at night. Hostel rules make it clear that 11pm is quiet time.

I had a fabulous time at the hostel. From the moment I got there, Miriam was extremely welcoming and it was basic to socialize with other travellers inside the spacious common area. The rooms were great and the hostel had lots of amenities. The staff was helpful and there was often lots to do. I&m trying to go to one day inside the future.

Best spot I&'ve stayed in Costa Rica. Very clean rooms, exceptional kitchen and exceptional social area. Awesome atmosphere. Employees extremely friendly and helpful booking tours and shuttles.
