It was in a quiet neighbourhood. They have lots of parking. They offer you internet. They have a pretty clean pool and deck to lounge. There&'s also a supermarket right beside the property.

The owner was awesome when we got ahold of him. He was very useful in anything we wanted. there are awesome hammocks and it&'s a superbly built, furnished noiseless spot just a minute&'s walk from the beach.

I stayed here with 6 of my pals for our senior year Spring Break trip and it was perfect. We totally loved it. We loved how small and personal it was, we felt like we had the pool all to ourselves! It was so much far better than staying at one of the larger resorts in Tamarindo. Federico was excellent and gave us lots of tips on places to go and points to see. There was a (slightly overpriced) market place just two doors down which was really excellent and convenient. Location-wise we checked out Playa Langosta our first day. It&'s a quiet, much more personal beach than in Tamarindo and is literally a 2 minute walk from Sunset Inn. To get to Tamarindo, you can walk, but most days we tried to catch a cab. That was probably the only inconvenience of the Sunset Inn, always having to travel into and from Tamarindo. But it was definitely worth it and if I went back I wouldn&'t stay anywhere else!

Close to the beach. Nice clean rooms. The hotel is not all finished but very nice for a brief stay at the beach. tamarindo is very close.
