Felix was a great host, soon after a long journey we arrived to locate our fridge stocked up with 2 beers and a selection of soft drinks (on the house). Felix was friendly, helpful, informative, fantastic guy. The apartment is in a fantastic location 10 minutes walk down to the Old Town (15 mins walk back up the hill). Satellite TV, a lot of hot water, clean, air con, little rooftop to sit and chill - we had 2 fantastic nights here.

Everything. the property owner is a very nice person, and organized a grat reception. The apartaments were clean, with all tools and the location is great. As nicely as the price is really great.

The owner was a very nice man. Looked out for everyone staying there and gave us advice and a map of what to do in Dubrovnik. It was basic but clean with really good air conditioning. The location was a 10-15 minute walk to the old town, or alternatively a low-cost taxi cab ride away.

We stopped at these apartments for 7 days. The view is excellent and also the location. You can be at the old or new town or the port in less than 10 minutes. Well served by local bus routes at the bus stop 2 mins away. The shower has very good pressure and a lot of warm water due to each room having its own warm water heater. There was air con and satellite TV (though the signal was patchy). There was a two ring electric hob, Fridge with freezer compartment and a stocked drawer with cutlery, knives, plates etc. There is a beach over the road and down the cliff path. Also a nice rooftop for an early drink. There is a bakery downstairs for an effortless snack but you had far better watch your weight though! The owner arranged a lift to the airport for us on the last day for a much more cost-effective rate than the local taxi cab service.
