It was really comfortable and had just about everything we needed. Old Town dinner might be expensive, but you could make some food here within the cooking area and we were by ourselves so it was really nice. No cost wireless and beds to crawl into after a long day. The walk was sometimes tiring after a really long day, but nothing we couldn&'t handle and wonderful exercise.

We are two girls who had the whole apartment to ourselves. Although we booked a private twin room, Maria has kindly provided us the larger room with balcony view overlooking the Port Gruz and lovely night/day peninsula. The kitchen was well-equipped at the same time as updated computer facilities, no cost wifi, clean washroom with towel provided. Exceptional value for money. It was 25minutes away from the Old Town and city centre, but the walk was pleasing with clear directions. Although Maria&'s know restricted English, her daughter Marijana will be able to communicate with guests and does not hesitate to help in all ways possible.

First off, Roberta is a gem. If you don&'t stay for the awesome location or view, stay to meet Roberta. Now, the location is pretty amazing. Roughly a 2 minute walk from the port and about 3 minutes from the middle of town. You can&'t get any closer to the water than this place. We arrived on the late ferry so we didn&'t get a great look at the view. The view from balcony the next morning, however, was like waking up Christmas morning. The room was huge and spacious and there is certainly a nice size bathroom and kitchen. The bed was comfortable and big. Remarkable value for the money. We got the whole house to ourselves since we were there inside the off season.

Maria was really warm and friendly - her standard line is "is no problem! ", the rooms were a outstanding size, outstanding size kitchen/dining/common area too for only three rooms, the spot was immaculately clean, a bit out of town but the bus is effortless to get, or we enjoyed the walk in and back

A excellent location overlooking Gruz and Lapad marvellous points of interest in case you have the balcony room. Maria and her daughter are really nice individuals and will do each and every thing they can to make your stay really worthwhile. Dont bother shoping around for breakfast have it at Marias excellent value. Clean spotless rooms and bathroom free internet true Croatian hospitality Real value for money

Maria is a very useful and cheerful lady. I like the room and cleanliness. Location is a bit far from old town but there is certainly a bus stop in front of the house and everybody use buses in Dubrovnik.

Fantastic little place, we loved it so much that wew decided to stay for longer, they were extremely accomodating and Maria is often making sure you have everything that you need. Very accessible from the key bus station and ferry port and takes about 20 to 30mins to walk to the old town or you can catch a local bus for 10Kuna which is under 2Euro from right outside. Very good value for money and extremely safe although more like a guest home than a hostel.
