As its a guesthouse and not a hostel it wasn&'t going to have the same sort of environment but we didn&'t once feel like we were trespassing in anyone elses house, the whole family was really warm and friendly and made us feel really welcome. Maria was also fantastic for letting us know about the sites to see in dubrovnik, told us some fantastic and low-cost eating places and was really helpful. We got picked up from the bus station also which was a fantastic help as we wouldn&'t have been able to locate it without the pick up. It was very nice to have a private room too. We also took Maria up on the option for a transfer to the airport which only cost 20euro and took about half an hour, and wasn&'t going to be much cheaper on the bus so it was definatley worth the money for the ease of it. Superb value for money.

The owners were really helpful and friendly. They gave us a no cost lift from the bus station. Room and bathroom was really clean.

Very friendly staff. Maria (daughter) was very helpful and explained everything where points are and what to go see. Rooms nice, large bed, clean. Great terrace for breakfast and relaxing.

The property was located within the greatest component of the old town of Split and 300m from where all of the restaurants and bars are situated. There was a king size bed and everything that we needed for an extremely reasonable price. We were fetched from a central point and shown to our home - we were staying separate from the owners so we did not see them and had a lot of privacy. It was a fantastic stay and would suggest it to anyone. If every guesthouse was like this it would be amazing.

This place has everthing you could need. About 15-20 minutes walk from Old town. Rooms are nice and tidy and Maria was very helpful with items to see and do. Fridge inside the room was an added benefit especially in this heat. I would stay again.
