Great view. Lovely at sunset. We arrived extremely late at night as properly as the host was extremely gorgeous and helped us settle in. She does speak little English, but is the kindest women. We select to stay here as it was close to the bus station, it was really great. Would suggest this place.

At first I thought it was not a great location. However it&'s short bus ride into old town from the bus stop 200m away. It&'s also extremely near to ferries and busses which is extremely handy for visiting islands coming/going. Cooking area is good, room had a excellent view and was cool enough to sleep comfortably. Wifi was good. Lady who lives there is extremely warm and friendly and tries to be extremely helpful/and is though speaks little english.

We loved staying with Sabrina! She is the most delightful host imaginable. We were so nicely looked after, and got to taste her exceptional cooking and wines. Although this isn&'t a &'hostel&' (more of a homestay) we did meet other travellers and enjoyed the comforting setting outside of the old town. The house is impeccably clean. Would recommend this for couples/friends/single travellers looking for a cheap private room who don&'t want to party each and every night in the old town.

Rooms ARNY is a amazing spot to stay for a few nights in Dubrovnik. Great value for money. It is located close to the ferryboat port and bus station. We were aware that it wasn&'t within the centre of Dubrovnik but the beaches and the old town are easily accessible by bus. The owner is really friendly and helpful and will give you advice and info on anything you ask like bus times, locations of places and items to see and do. We were made to feel really welcome and were able to use the cooking area and fridge, sit on the terrace to eat, were invited to watch television in her lounge and were given some pretty food. Directions aren&'t really clear. . from the bus station, exit and turn right and walk along the road until you meet a roundabout. Go left and follow the road and then take the first left (a bakery is on the corner here). Follow this road up the hill and look out for number 35 on the right (not the first block of flats but the second block and up 2 small flights of stairs and its the one on the right).

Great location. Just 5 minutes from the Port as nicely as the Bus Station. Lovely huge room with a view of Gruz and Lapad. The lady who runs Rooms ARNY, Sabine, was so friendly and welcoming and offered to share breakfast with her. Would definitely go back here.

It was superb staying at rooms arny and would like to stay there again. the room was great, comfortable huge bed, and a view out the window of some of the Adriatic. She made us coffee within the morning, told us about Dubrovnik and what to see. She made our stay really satisfying and we had a wonderful time taking with her within the evenings.
