Location right close to port, very friendly and helpful staff, shared kitchen with no cost milk, sugar & coffee, ok breakfasts, cozy air con apts which were cleaned each day.

If you need to take a boat to see the islands, this is a excellent location, as the hotel is just just across the street.

In french : une adresse tres agreable (lieu recemment renove [un bar-restaurant devait ouvrir ses portes 2 jours apres notre passage], chambre climatisee et munie d'un refrigerateur, des hotes disponibles et sympathiques) situee a quelques pas de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik (10 mins a pied permettant de se retrouver au calme) et face a l'embarcadere pour les iles (Mljet, Korcula. ). Ideal pour un transition entre Dubrovnik et les iles (ce que nous avons fait) ou pour une pose de quelques jours.

The location is great the bus and ferry terminal are only a 5 minute walk and also the bus to the old town only takes 10 minutes. Kristian the property owner was very helpful and friendly

The owner Kristian is perfcet guy. He is so helpful and polite. His spot was full for the follwing nights and he called 4-5 hotels and tried to discover me accomadation (Dubrovnik was really overbooked those days). The hotel is 2 minutes to bus stop, location is secure and 10 minutes from centre by bus.
