This is a excellent spot to stay on Sipan. It's quiet, near the beach, self-catering, cozy and very good value for money. We had a superb 10 days there. Extremely recommend it!

Amazing location. Stunning setting. They have their very own winery, olive trees, grapes etc Very nice rooms. Near to harbour, kitchen to use. Fantastic spot to relax.

Genuinely warm welcome, a real delight to stay there. So lovely to be invited help ourselves to the tomatoes and herbs in the vegetable plot. The outside seating areas are ideal for silent reading in sun or shade. Stayed there as a household ( two adults and two teenagers) and everyone loved it. We would definitely like to come back.

Genuinely warm welcome, a real delight to stay there. So pretty to be invited help ourselves to the tomatoes and herbs in the vegetable plot. The outside seating areas are ideal for quiet reading in sun or shade. Stayed there as a family ( two adults and two teenagers) and everyone loved it. We would definitely like to come back.

We arrived at the location and were greeted with a warm welcome. Eva the host provided drinks which were very welcome soon after our hot journey to the island. The place was as described very contemporary and clean with a lot of facilities not to mention a gorgeous balcony with outstanding views. The island itself is so very gorgeous and peaceful. Enjoyed five sunny and restful days on the island and found that there was a lot more than enough places to explore with half a dozen eating places at either end of the island and the food was most enjoyable. The household who run this accomadation were extremely hospitable and made us feel extremely welcome and on this basis we would definately go back to go to them.

Its silent location, you can pick your own veg from the owners garden, really clean and really helpful hosts even if they cant speak your language. A really warm wlecome also with a shot of local rocket fuel! highly reccomend this place for a few days of relaxation. y the way the isalnd only has one shop, so if you are staying for a few days, stock up in Dubrovnik ahead of you head out there!
