The owner is very, very kind! I accidentally messed up the dates on the reservation and even though we showed up late during the night and her place was full, she found us a new place to stay which was very clean and nice, and her husband drove us there and even picked us up and drove us to the bus stop from the other place the next morning. From what I saw of the guesthouse it was very clean and cute. STAY HERE, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

The rooms were properly presented with full cooking area facilities. Hostess provided extra drinks and even birthday cake! A pretty cozy atmosphere.

We booked the Sobe Zupan really last minute due to some other holiday accommodation falling through at the time, to be honest we couldn&'t have hoped for a much better result. It was really lovely, and Marijana met us with a cold drink, a smile and loads of helpful advice about the area. Would have loved to have stayed longer! Soph and Ian.

Very restful area, stunning guesthouse. Marijana was really sweet and greeted me with a snack. Her husband was kind enough to drive me to the bus stop the next day to get to Plitvice Park.

We loved everything about Sobe Zupan! Marijana is the most awesome host we have stayed with. She is so warm and friendly and welcoming. She gave us tons of info about Plitvice National Park, bus schedules, and suggestions for other towns and cities. She greeted us with a cold beer and even had her husband drive us to the park! Sobe Zupan is really properly kept and feels like a home away from home. I can not say enough good things about Marijana, her husband and Sobe Zupan. We are so happy we chose to stay here. We will completely come back and stay with Marijana again!

Trato muy agradable. Limpieza excelente. Habitaci&on con wireless y tele de pago. Cocina compartida con todo lo necesario. Cerca de un supermercado y una cervecer&ia. Ten&ia unas vistas al campo muy bonitas.
