Excellent price, location and facilities. Essentially a full apartment with everything you may need and a lot more - including internet inside the room and separate kitchen and bathroom. Definitely would recommend.

The property was in a great location and had a fab view over the harbour. It was really safe as well as the facilities were great, new shower, tv etc. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed! Really very good value for money would definitely suggest it!

The owners were extremely friendly and laid back. The location was fantastic - right near to the old town and also the water front. The room was huge, great aircon and entirely spotless. A bargain!

Guest house Zara in Split was my favourite of all of the apartments we stayed at during our 11 day trip in Croatia. The room we had (there were 2 rooms in the apartment) felt really homely, there was a computer with internet access in the room at the same time as a TV and all important air conditioning. The room was furnished nicely as nicely as the bed bed linen clean. The apartment is in a excellent location close to the centre, above a convenience store, and near to a pretty restaurant (konoba varos). The kitchen has basic pots and pans and a refrigerator that guests in both rooms can use.

Superb property in a excellent location. Very close to the old town but not actually in it (which is very good since the old town has a LOT of atmosphere/noise! ) We stayed in a double studio apartment which enabled us to cook and have our own breakfast. It was equipped with a top quality and noiseless air conditioner system which was great since Split can get pretty hot inside the summer (for an English couple like ourselves! ) In brief we'd really recommend this to anyone. Only disappointment was the lack of wifi or internet, which their property description claims they have. It was the best holiday accommodation we had in our two weeks travelling around the Western Balkans (which, incidentally, included a night in a 5* Albanian hotel).

Own computer inside the room; AC; TV; 100m from the waterfront; only 4 people share one bathromm; small kitchen that you can use; FIFE, a nice litte restaurant with high value for low money 100m away
