The owner was really kind to me! Because there wasn&'t many bookings, she forgive me to stay over the latest have a look at time. And she also washed my clothes for me. She was soooo kind! And we can also watch TV without any additional fee. This guesthouse is really comfortable.

We actually turned up a little late so the property owner had given our room to someone else but had an arrangement with another hostel in town and we got a little studio apartment to ourselves for the same cost - ace! Right inside the middle of split.

Location, in the heart of old city and just five mins walking from the bus/train/ ship station. The owner is soooo friendly. Bes are old (100 y/o) but really confortable, bathrooms big. They recomended cheap and outstanding restaurants.

It is what you expect for the price. cheap, slightly rough but ideal in case you just need to crash. Owner is really nice. Fantastic location in the old town.

It's a really cosy place in the ideal location in Split's Old Town. The owner and her daughter were really friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The rooms were just the right size, the bathroom was really clean, and even the owners' dogs were enjoyable to be around.

I loved it! Nice air-conditioned room. Spotlessly clean. Near to everything. The host was very nice and helpful, she was often ready to chat and advised me where to go, eat etc. I will surely come back.
