Your stay here really depends on the others who are staying inside the apartment with you. There is certainly only one bathroom and it only gets cleaned once a day so in between the 10+ people staying there it can get pretty dirty. Other than that the rooms weren&'t too bad and location is great for central split. I suggest contacting the owner to arrange meeting time before you arrive though as we were waiting around for him for a long time as the apartment isn&'t clearly labelled.
