We had an unbeatable rooftop overlooking a park. Villa is located a 5 minute walk or less from the Dioclecian Palace. Extremely nice room. Extremely clean. The operators were nice. They found us a location to stay in Split at another apartment when we arrived a day early and they were booked up. This was a great experience.

This was an absolutely fantastic property, as a group of 7 we booked out all three rooms for the week and really loved the property. Ana, the lady who owned the property, was so helpful and kind and she gave us both her email and mobile number insisting we should ring her if we had any inquiries or problems at all. The location was a two minute stroll from Diocletian&'s palace. The rooms were very clean, we were provided with clean towels partway through our stay.

We loved our stay at Villa Stone Flower and highly suggest it. We rented 2 rooms for 3 people. The location was best - just a short walk to the water, palace, and a lot of restaurants and shops. The rooms were designed so nicely as nicely as the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We did not use the cooking area other than the fridge, but you&'d be able to cook an easy meal there. We enjoyed sitting in the mini courtyard in the evening. Towels were provided. Ana was extremely accommodating and helpful. She gave us a map of the city and pointed out several different restaurants and points of interest.

Beautiful balcony with flowering shrub, really nice to sit and eat breakfast here within the sunshine. Lots of space within the apartment, clean and comfortable. We were given clear instructions about how to find the location, and had no trouble at all even though it was our first time in Split, and it was night time. Very helpful and pretty owner who met us, and showed us points of interest on the map. Close to the primary areas that we wanted to see, but far enough back from the &"action&" that the neighbourhood felt quiet.

Loved this villa and wish we could have stayed longer. Ana contacted us via email to confirm our booking along with the time we would be arriving (the villa does not have a reception location as it is just 3 rooms). We had the room on the top floor (we were moved to the triple to assist an elderly woman who had issues with the stairs). The air cooling was fantastic along with the room was extremely comfortable. The location of the villa is great (once you have found it) as it is close enough to everything to walk however far enough away that it is not noisy at all, which I expect some places closer to the Riva may be. The only thing we struggled with was finding it as we did not have a map right after arriving on the bus from the airport. Though the distances are not as far as they look on a map anyway. We did not have time to make use of the kitchen facilities, but it was nice to know they are there for future. I would highly suggest staying here and am looking forward to our next stay at the Villa Stone Flower when we are in Split.

The employees (both the owner/manager as properly as the cleaning lady) were amazing! Such a magnificent little hotel, fantastic value for money. Web and cooking area facilities were also great.

We stayed inside the top room which had angled ceilings which unless you are quite tall isn't an issue. Room was very clean, spacious, a lot clean towels, ac worked great! Fantastic location! Would definable say here again.

We had the room with the balcony, which is just great. Really nice and really clean room, plus there was an espresso machine inside the kitchen for no cost use. We also liked the location, really close to the old town. We enjoyed our stay really much.
