Very deceptive on location (a good 30 minute walk form town). Much more of a motel.

It's more like an hostel than a guesthouse, kitchen and bathroom, easy to find on the main road but too much noise from the street

Convenient for a stay on arrival as it was close to the airport for an evening arrival. It had kitchenette facilities. It was close to local facilities. (Question about meeting people and partying not really relevant - need this as a tick box maybe)
