We went for 4 days as a group of 4 and enjoyed our stay extremely much. The property owner Bruno was extremely helpful in finding us as we got lost trying to locate it from the airport. On arrival he gave us useful tips on where to go and how to get around as well as offering free cake! The apartment itself was extremely spacious and had a really nice balcony which is exceptional to enjoy breakfast on. Location is exceptional as well - only about 20 minutes walk to the center and 5 minutes walk to the sea.

I stayed in this apartment with 2 buddies and it was much more than huge enough- the lounge can effectively serve as a large 3rd bedroom with a nice balcony that fits a table and chairs. The kitchen is of a reasonable size too with plenty of storage and facilities. The whole location could actually sleep 7 people. The place itself had plenty of character, as did the location, and being outside of the centre you really get a really feel of what it&'s like to live there with local people. It was an pleasurable 15-20 minute walk to the centre or a affordable taxi ride which are readily available from the city walls. There are a few stores around and an awesome Italian restaurant called Mamma Mia :) We couldn&'t have felt much more welcome by Bruno and his family- extremely friendly people! Exceptional value for money too. We had also rented a car so it was ideal having a parking space, which would have surely been impossible staying in the old town of Zadar. Definitely recommended!

Excellent owner (Bruno). Very useful in getting around Zadar and items to do around there. Also makes his own wine, which is delicious. Extremely recommend.

WOW! The highest spot I have stayed at in all of Europe! Clean apartment, front porch is covered with lovely grape vines and kiwis! The property owner Bruno is so awesome! He lives upstairs and answered all our questions! Really close walk or taxi cab to the sights. Really safe little region as well, I would return in a heartbeat!

Our stay was made particularly satisfying by the warmth and helpfulness of the family. It felt like staying with a family but with privacy and independence. The apartment was in a residential location and a little way from the old town however was a extremely enjoyable walk around the bay or a cheap taxi cab ride and was well positioned for the beach so suited us perfectly. Room was extremely cool and comfortable a excellent retreat for a extremely hot day.
