Apartment Elza

What I just need to say it&'s that this was the greatest accomodation during our trip to the Balkans. Elza and her family are very nice and easy-going she is a amazing hostess! The house is a location exactly where everyone will wish to live in. We got the whole apartment, although we just booked one room. The apartment is full equiped and Elza was worried to put at your disposition everything you may need. You can even catch fruits from the balcony. By the way Elza, your mandarins were fabulous! :-) Elza detailed us whatever we need about the city and she even recommanded us a restaurant exactly where we tried delicious local food. Don&'t hesitate to stay there! You would be aware of the kindness of the Croatian people!

Elza is a amazing hostess. She was great. We were able to walk to the row boat ferryboat to cross to Old Towne. It is a lovely location and I wish to return someday.

The apartment is as described, really clean & has everything you could need. It is totally self-contained & private. The bed is comfortable, the balcony useful & everything provided from loo roll to washing tablets, iron to hair dryer. Elza is a magnificent hostess. She is helpful, amiable and thoughtful without being overbearing and made us really feel really welcome. Location is good, the neighbourhood felt safe, was clean and is not faraway from anywhere you need to be. The apartment is part of the principal house although in such a way as to be private and it has a separate entrance. Transport to the old town is reasonable by taxi, low-cost and straightforward by bus. Walking is approx 30 - 40 minute stroll. A very good swimming beach is only 10 minutes away and there is certainly a supermarket and several bars and restaurants, bus stop and bank, chemist etc also within 5-10min walk. Elza & her friend picked us up as arranged from the Airport & gave us a mini tour of the city - this was well worth the fee & highly recommended.

We had the whole apartment for ourselves, eventhough we were only 2 persons; elza is really friendly and even brought us some of her handmade figuecake! you can pick figues for breakfast from the balkony :)

Elza is amazing. Her hospitality is like nothing I have ever experienced. We traveled from Dubrovnik up to Zadar and our last two days with Elza were incredible. The apartment is great! We took cabs to the old town (five pounds one way) and we went to Splitvice Lakes (which is stunning but very touristy) but the finest portion of Zadar was our hostess Elza and her husband. On our last morning, she treated us to a shot of Maraska which was a exceptional way to leave hot and dry Zadar. We loved it. It was relaxing as well as the apartment was clean, spacious as well as the great fig tree on the balcony had stunning ripe figs ready to pick. Each time we needed anything, Elza was so obliging and ready to help. My husband and I have exceptional stories and memories from our experience staying here. Thanks a lot Elza :)

Elza is extremely welcoming and helped us to find our way around in Zadar, including how to get to the airport and where to go to escape the crowds. The flat we stayed in is really stunning and comfy. I would definitely suggest the place!

The apparment was nicely equiped; there is certainly a brandnew TV and a weather [for free; which is an exeption in cratia]; kitchen is good. Balcony is small but nice.
