The dorm rooms are big, laid out well and the lockers are massive enough for a massive backpack. The staff are all fantastic people who will answer any inquiries you may have. The tram stop is a minute away and there is a small supermarket, a bakery, pub, cafe and other necessary services inside the square. Extremely recommended.

Basically, it is what they say it is. So, we got all we needed. A clean and secure room, as small as possible, with bath inside. We got that. We got the room even though we arrived early in the morning, around 6:30am. Check in is 10:00 or 12:00.

We loved everything about Funk Lounge. The staff were all fantastic, from the reception staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaner (who took us out one night! ) The room was far more clean and comfy than a lot of hotels in which I&'ve stayed && the environment was brilliant for our whole stay. We ate in the attached restaurant a few times and also the food is really tasty and hearty fare, it was often cooked properly and sold at wonderfully inexpensive rates too. Whenever we had a question about the city the staff proved knowledgeable and everyone really went out of their way to make us really feel at home. I can honestly rate Funk Lounge 100% for each and every aspect of our stay there.

I made a mistake in dates of reservation, but the stuff was extremely obliging and helpful, so it wasn&'t any problem. The private room with a bathroom was even much better than a lot of hotels! The stuff gave us towels, there was extremely fresh and clean bathroom even with hairdryer. They gave us also a lot of advices about the city. The bistro has also extremely nice food.

Funk Lounge is greatest hostel! It is extremely nice, clean, safe and it is extremely warm spot with positive vibrations! I was extremely impressed with interior, pictures on walls are nice too. They also have restaurant and bar in hostel, and it is excellent! Low price and conventional food and superb drinks! I would recommend it to all travelers!

Best hostel I have ever been in Europe! Very modern. in a value of a hotel! Large and quiet rooms with private bathrooms. Cool 3-D pictures all over the hostel and restaurant! In restaurant there was really good traditional food, with proper prices. Many thanks all funk crew for hospitality! See you this summer! :) Merci!

Very warm and friendly and relaxed staff. Really clean and modern rooms. The Hostel is near to a supermarket and some bars, and near to a metro station.
