This spot is amazing! The staff are the most awesome, stunning people I&'ve ever met and I highly recommend staying here if your in Zagreb! There is a really very good vibe going on, and everything is organised really well. A cab was even organised for us to go to the airport when we were leaving. Lockers are available, and its in a really very good location, just a mins walk from the principal street.

What makes Hobo Bear Hostel so great There are so several little touches that make for a pleasing stay- the cozy common room, the reading lamps and electrical outlets attached to the beds, the hobo- and bear-themed decor, but it&'s really the staff that makes the hostel, no matter if it&'s Ivana whipping up a batch of mulled wine or homemade cookies for the guests, recommending movies, or just laughing at life; Gigi giving advice on Croatian museums or playing a variant of Botticelli; Marco discussing politics, his new baby, and his ideas for exactly where he&'ll go if he takes a trip to America; or Kristina making a quick run to the store ahead of it closes on Christmas Eve so that visitors can have sugar in their tea on Christmas.

Really warm cosy setting with really superb warm and friendly staff! Nice decoration, everything was clean and comfortable, and I even had the go to of Santa claus! ;-)

The employees was really nice and helpful. The location is fantastic too. I found the cooking area was well equipped and enjoyed the common room.

Everything was excellent! Rooms were clean, warm and big. Exceptional location inside the city center, 15 mins to the train station.
