The room is clean and there are some public areas for guest to use: take meals, reading and sit around. The breakfast is great as some hot food are served.

Stuff is really friendly and helpful. Location is also extremely good, not far from the center and on the way from/to airport. Bus shuttle can pickup(or drop) you upon request from hotel&'s receptionist - it was extremely useful in our case. And yes, very good &'family style&' breakfast with view to nice garden :)

Nice clean hotel with good buffet style breakfast. Only thing I would like to point out is that the directions as to how to get to it from the train station need to be clearer. It says about walking through a shopping complex, but doesn't say this shopping complex is directly below Zagreb Glowni train station. You wouldn't know it was there if you didn't know about it. We ended up doing a 35 minute walk when it would only have been 15 minutes had the HOW TO GET TO instructions stated clearly that the shopping complex is below the train station. Reasonably priced for Zagreb standards.

The people who ran the place were very helpful and eager to please. We were in Zagreb on a very hot day as properly as the unit air conditioner worked very well. Also, no cost net - a computer for anyone to use inside the entrance hall and wireless or wired connection inside the room for those with compatible laptops.
