The staff did everything possible to make sure I enjoyed my stay! The location is nice and quiet being situated in a residential neighborhood and there is certainly a huge supermarket close by. For transportation options, the manager will give you a ride or pick you up for reasonable costs or the tram which goes all around the city is a ten minute walk. Takes about 15 or 20 mins to get to the city center, but the peace and quiet is nicely worth it, especially right after doing a lot of traveling. The room was clean. there was even a bathrobe which you don&'t find this price range, the Wi-Fi worked nicely as did the satellite TV. --- in fact everything did. Whilst there were no chocolates on the pillows, there were free cookies! Slept quite nicely here and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!.

Got up-graded to an apartment which was great! Man on reception was very warm and friendly and wanted to include us in everything! Homely atmosphere. No cost wifi inside the room

New, modern, en suite. Straightforward to walk to tram stop which has a extremely excellent service and runs almost all day and night.

Really warm and friendly host. Did our washing for us and let us keep our car at the property whilst we went away for a wedding (saving us money on a weeks airport parking) and we stayed an extra night on our return as it was a best spot to relax with great wifi, big comfortable room, balcony and decent kitchen. A brief walk to a supermarket and the trams to town.

Really friendly host. Extremely helpful and kind hostess with whom you can have a very good conversation and have a drink! the room was spacious along with the bed really big, all really clean, noiseless and about 20 minutes by tram to downtown. I seriously recommend it!
