We had a amazing stay at Casa Adrian in Baracoa. The family were lovely, so warm and friendly and helpful; they really made us really feel at home and absolutely nothing was too much trouble (and we needed a lot of help as our car kept breaking down! ). The room is clean and comfortable with a shower and aircon, and also a fan which is an added bonus to help keep cool. There is certainly a shady spot to sit in the backyard. The breakfasts were generous with lots of fresh fruit and freshly pressed juice, eggs, bread, honey. Adrian&'s mum is a amazing cook, we had delicious shrimps on our first evening, the second evening we went to a paladar suggested by Adrian which was also excellent. We travelled on through Cuba to Havana but we did not eat far better anywhere than in Baracoa! Many thanks Adrian and family for a amazing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. the owners were very warm and friendly and helpful as properly as the home itself is very nice, with a exceptional sized room and pretty garden at the back. as baracoa is so small the home is within very effortless walking distance from everything you need. i would definitely suggest the casa to other travellers

A very nice household with the father Adrian as host. Adrian is a really honest person with numerous contacts within the city. In the evening we enjoyed a great conversation about Cuba and its politics and social system. The house has a very nice garden with hammoc and their dog is a really great guard haha! Dinner and breakfast where each nice and with lot&'s of variety. I suggest this house to all travelers which are budget-travelling and looking for a nice safe and clean house 2 mins away from the city centre. Cheers from Holland-Amsterdam Michiel

Great location to stay in Baracoa- Adrian speaks extremely good English and is quite helpful in explaining the local sites. His mother cooks some wonderful, plentiful meals, some of the best in Cuba- try the fish! The house is sparkling clean in a silent location and a fast walk to the malecon. Would definitely stay here again.
