HOLA, Rosa! i just got back to Cancun ! Rosa the casa owener is really friendly, enjoyable lady looks following u really well in every way. great heathly breaky and cozy clean rooms, . also no problem with Eng communication. Highly reccomend to anyone! Awesome Havana Casa! Masa

Rosa was extremely friendly and helpful, and the place was silent at night, so I could get very good sleep, which was nice. ( I had some places which was noisy at night and couldn&'t sleep well. ) The location wise, I could walk everywhere, so it was very good to know the city.

Rosa&'s spot is basic but it&'s not just a spot to stay, it&'s an expertise due to the fact Rosa is the best. I stayed there for a week and it started to really feel like home. Rosa is warm, friendly, personable, funny, caring, and she goes out of her way to help you have the expertise in Cuba that you want. The location is outstanding right off the primary avenue through Centro Habana, within walking distance of Old Habana, Vedado, Malecon, and the baseball stadium. I&'d say the spot is best for respectful and mature backpackers, not a party spot, not for romantic getaways, ideal for socializing, meeting people, and a great home base for Habana and the rest of Cuba. Taking into account the shortcoming of Cuban planned economy, Casa de Rosa presents real value for DIY traveller. With all necessary services a traveller can expect (breakfast, dinner, laundry. ) this lovely Casa can be suggested with no doubt. Though in Centro Habana, location feels totally safe and is eventually really well situated in between attractions of old town and nightlife in Vadedo. Thanks to Rosas helpfulness we had a chance to enjoy carefree of Le Habana

A typical Habana Casa, very safe along with the owner Rosa was an absolute gem. Even encouraged you to go out for an evening with other guests and her. A really warm and friendly and enchanting lady. Inside very close to Habana centro

Rosa is fantastic, she helped with everything, i never meet anyone so helpfull on any travel and i done some. So if you are new to Cuba or Havanna i cant recommend it enough, not for the location but for Rosa Its central, local

Rosa is a very nice person. we really enjoyed staying at her place. she was often helpful, and explained us everything we need to know to enjoy havana, and helped us to uncover a casa at trinidad. the location is good, rooms are comfortable it&'s near to evrything. i really recommand this location in case you need to pay a visit to havana.

I stayed for 5 or 6 days at Rosa&'s house and it was wonderful! The location is very good. Rosa was very nice, always trying to do her best to create I and my girlfriend really feel good. She explained everything we needed about Habana, helped us to get cabs and several other things. She was always ready to help us in several ways. If you wish to live the real Cuba, stay at Casa las Rosas!
