Very warm and friendly and incredibly helpful people. We only booked for 1 night, but ended up staying for another 2 + (1 on our return to Havana. ) we got recommendation for eating out despite arriving relatively late. Also had suggestions for other casas in Trinidad and Santiago. On our final day Jorge arranged for a taxi driver to take us to the airport for only 20 CUC.

The people were freindly and extremely helpful. We were welcomed and offered courtesy tea or coffee. In fact, extremely kind people. Our stay was extremely brief and we sat, limited to a brief time outside within the courtyard but it was pleasant.

Jorge hat uns ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten reserviert, so wie wir es gew&unscht hatten. Bei der Planung bekamen wir gute Tipps. Vor dem Heimflug haben wir nochmal vorbeigeschaut und sie haben f&ur uns den Abflug gecheckt.

The household was really friendly. They kind of make you really feel to be a part of the family. They often tried to help us and at the end they organized a inexpensive taxi for us. The breakfast compared to numerous other casas particulares was extemely good. The host household serves you a lot of fresh fruits, coffee, bread and fresh self-made guava-juice :)

Good value. Jorge was a great host. As we had an early plane to catch, he arranged for a neighbour (a cab driver) to take us to the airport at 4:30 am. He even got up and called the neighbour to remind him at 4:20 am! Also, great breakfasts!

We spend 2 weeks in Cuba and Casa Mirta was our first &"Casa Particulare&". It was extremely very good choice as a first stay right after landing i Havana. Room clean and safe. Jorge and Mirta are nice and helpful people. Jorge speaks communicative english which was a large tip comparing to other owners of casa particulares in Cuba. Guesthouse is simple to uncover because is located near one of the significant street in Havana -Salvador Allende on Vedado. It is also extremely near to viazul bus station -only few blocks. Getting to Capitolio and Havana Vieja takes around 30 min walk straight way by Salvador Allende.
