Rolando and his employees is amazing hosts and the place is pretty special for Cuba. Serve breakfast and dinner at decent costs and a bar on the roof exactly where Leo rules. Great location to uncover Havana, among the old and the new part. Anything you need or any inquiries you may have they will help you. I had only booked three nights but ended up staying for a whole week.

Great vibe at Rolando&'s, would totally stay there again if I were to go back. Everyone who works there are so kind, the food is good along with the drinks are very good! Thanks Magaly, Rolando and Leo for making my time i Havana amazing.

Rolando is super helpful! The location is not in the Old Town but is nearby and everything is within walking distance. An exceptional breakfast and dinner are served at a small cost, but it was definitely worth the money.

Rolando and Magaly&'s is a great home base when you are in Havana. Its a bit outside of the regular tourist zone so you get a taste of real Havana. It is the only &'hostel&' like accommodations in Cuba. It is a great spot to meet other travelers, the food is excellent on the roof patio, and Rolando and his wife are extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this spot to friends~!

I liked all of the critical things above. Even though all of the staff are so hard working they had time to give good advice and help on all matters. I ended up staying for nearly two weeks there, enjoying Havana.

Rolando and his family were really helpful and friendly. individuals with a huge center and just a great spot to stay inside the middle of la habana. rolando gave a ideal startup with his do&'s and dont&'s at the beginning of my travels in cuba. he knows a lot about havanna and all the interesting spots in cuba. his backpacker is situated in havannas heart, really central to all the interesting places in town.

Cuba doesn&'t have a backpacker culture so Rolando&'s is unique with it&'s hostel like environment. If you&'re travelling alone this is a outstanding place to meet other travellers. Rolando and his family are extremely welcoming and Leo the bar tender upstairs is the man to see for cigars or a very good mojito.
