The &'Casa&' is extremely clean and nice, the locations is quite very good in the city centre. The lady in the &'casa&' was extremely kind and nice. The food was also quite very good for breakfast and for dinner.

We stayed in a few casas and this was the only one where the room had large windows and a balcony. This made it much more homely and nice to stay in when we weren&'t out and about. The room was large with an en suite with hot water at all times. The location was excellent, only a brief walk up the street to the primary square, as 2 girls it felt safe. This was extremely much a family home with a nice open courtyard. The daughter spoke superb English and translated over the phone if needed. We stayed 5 nights, but did not eat there so can not comment on food. For info in case you are interested we spent a night within the rainforst after climbing Pino Tinquino (cubas best mountain). You can book this the day just before at cubatours. We recommend this but it is a tough walk.

The property is extremely excellent located. The room is clean and confortable. Nivia, Beatriz and his family are extremely nice. They make really excellent meals.

This is a really old property with large ceilings and airy rooms. The family were really friendly and were happy to assist us with all our requirements during our stay. The food was wonderful. The property is close to the centre.

-Just a few blocks away from all of the primary attractions. -breakfast and dinner is great and at a great price -the individuals there spoke some English and help us out with whatever we needed (making reservations, booking tickets, etc)

A pretty colonial home with gorgeous decoration - you really did feel like you were apart of the family. The family was very helpful and friendly. The casa was in a great location only a brief walk away from the points of interest and attractions.

Beautiful colonial casa inside center of Santiago, the casa is extremely close to the city centre, rooms are spacious clean and with air conditioner. The food in Casa Nivia is simply divine! Lots of different dishes served each day. The dinner is served inside the internal courtyard. The family of Casa Nivia are really pretty and friendly, and Nivia is just wonderful, ask for some recipes, she knows everything about Cuban food!
