The owners were really friendly and helpful. They speak good English too. Breakfast was lovely- fruit (pineapple, banana, mango), freshly squeezed juice, coffee or tea, toasted cheese/ham sandwiches, bread rolls, fried eggs, jam/butter. They will ask you in the morning in case you would like them to make dinner. They give you the choice of whatever meat you would like-we opted for chicken. She made a lovely homemade soup, roast chicken, veg and salad followed by ice cream. The casa is right in the centre of town less than 5 minutes walk to everything.

This is the very best spot we&'ve ever stayed, on all aspects. It is the excellent home away from home, near beautiful Caribbean beaches. The home is welcoming, quiet, safe, impeccably clean, and also the hosts are some of the loveliest individuals we&'ve ever met - an honest, good-hearted, helpful family. The food was fantastic, too. We plan on going back as soon as we can, and often think fondly of the family. If you&'re ever in Cuba, you have to stay here!

I liked the hospitality as properly as the treatment of its owners providing excellent service. The comidad was exquisite holiday accommodation and is a beautiful, noiseless downtown.

Well managed Casa, not very large but cosy. We were treated by high standards, right on arrival we were informed about the town what to see and beach, we have got the map and excellent eating places were suggested. Location is good, just 5 min walk to the center. Papa was taking care of meals and the food was great. Would stay again certainly.

I and my husband stayed at Hostal Rocaverde with Alberto and Marielena for 2 nights and totally loved it. Trinidad is great for waterfalls, hiking, beaches, mountains, music and culture. The family were really lovely and Alberto was so kind, he cooked awesome vegetarian and meat/fish dishes for us, we didn&'t even think about eating out in a restaurant and his bean soups, salads, creams and mains filled us so much. The family were really polite, asking authorization to clean our room and making us really feel really at home. The casa is located within the Center of the City, you can have easy access to any essential spot as fast as 5 min, i. e. plaza mayor, bus terminal, Net cafe, Bank. The room is lovely spacious and clean with air condition and private bathroom. the front porch is great for watching the hustle of the street and also the back terrace attractive for evenings.

We had a excellent stay in hostal Rocaverde. Rooms had 2 double bed and comfortable decorating, it has private shower. It was extremely clean and kept well. Breakfast && Dinner were served in a stunning courtyard provided at nominal cost. Walkable distance from center of Trinidad. Rooftop and Garden is really amazing. We spent most of the time there. Host household is extremely nice and helpful. Besides that extremely silent and nice stay. If I ever visit to Trinidad I will definitely come back here.
