Very friendly staff, really nice location, inside the centre of Karlovy Vary, right near to the colonades and hot springs. A great massive room, nice view through window, excellent breakfast. We would definitely go there again.

Location was central in old town, though parking near hostel was only two spots. Otherwise, room was clean and it had a lift!

The lady from the employees was really helpfull uan friendliness! It was really good time and really good location, only breakfast room was little bit to durk.
