Our place was called a dorm but in fact it was nice small apartement, ideal for a group of friends. The place is low priced (perhaps the cheapest one in KV) and just 20 minutes walk from the spa resorts.

The location, the fact that it has a kitchen, etc. It's a extremely cozy location to stay. I've stayed here before, and it's reliably good.

It appears to be reasonably priced. It is within a reasonable walking distance to the points of interest of the city, and to/from the train and bus stations.
