The employees was really helpful. There is certainly a close tram stop so getting to it from the airport was easy. Also closely located to main town square and walking distance to the train and bus stations. It has the convience of a chain hostel. But the hominess of the building and the helpfulness of the employees made it much better. Also large beef bottles for sale at the front desk for just one euro!

The employees were so friendly and helpful and the hostel had such a warm comfy feel to it. Was often very clean and the included breakfast was the best I have had in a hostel! The location is ideal as well, 10-15 minute walk to everything you could want to see and do. I Would definitely recommended this spot to friends!

I loved this place, the staff were amazing! the Hostel was adorable and in a exceptional neighborhood, only a brief walk to old town, but far enough out that the pubs/restaurants inside the area aren&'t charging you traveller prices! Breakfast was great too.

Comfy beds, clean bathroom and kitchen. Stayed upstairs and it was open and lovely. Breakfast included was a plus. overall great hostel

Cheap beer at the hostel, helpful staff. A little hard to see the sign from the road, but it&'s close to the center. Decent breakfast as well.

The employees were really helpful and knew heaps about the city and gave us some fantastic tips about where to go/eat/drink! Excellent environment we felt really comfortable and welcomed for the duration of our stay :)

-Fantastic staff! They were more than helpful and did whatever they could in order to create you comfortable and enjoy your stay in Prague. We stayed at a couple of other hostels in other cities in Europe, and the employees at Art Hole was the BEST. They knew the city and were able to recommend fantastic eating places and stores. -The location can&'t be beat. It is on a silent street, but really close to everything! It&'s also on a street with affordable eating places and a mini-mart around the corner. -They also supply free earplugs, which is so necessary in any hostel you stay at. We used the earplugs they gave us in other hostels we stayed at. It was a lifesaver. -Breakfast is included, and it includes a great spread of toast, jam, nutella, fruit, eggs, a couple of cereals, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. -The price was great for everything you get. -Free web access on their computers and free wi-fi if you bring your own computer. I would recommend this hostel to anyone who comes to Prague. It is the greatest one I&'ve ever stayed at.

Owner is a fantastic guy, want to help with anything. Location is just like it should be near everything important. Clean, breakfast ok, rooms large enough, living rooms are large and at the reception there is always somebody and upstairs you can be alone in case you want. So, everything fantastic and plus really warm and friendly employees
