The location directly to the Nile and also the friendly staff. Actually a very honest hotel where you get what you pay for - superb bed, bathroom and breakfast and a great view to the Nile. Nothing fancy - so very superb value for Money.

Very clean, spacious, good firm bed, good water pressure & hot water, clean bathroom & LOCATION (Nile River view from our window).

The staff is helpful and friendly, many rooms have a small balcony all seem to have a Nile view. The breakfast is fine, the rooms clean and in good shape. I will book it again. The location couldn't be better.

The location is good - right by the Nile in central Aswan. However the rooms are noisy due to thin windows and lots of car below. Breakfast is very limited and served late. Very much the feel of a hostel not a hotel, Full payment is expected on check in (rather than when checking out as usual) and only money USD, EUR and EGP are accepted.
